BuyersHouseRealty is essentially the same as any other real estate company, with the exception that we share 75% of our buyer’s agent commission that we receive from the seller or builder, with our buyer clients. On average, our clients receive a check for $6,750, which can be used towards closing costs, to purchase new furniture, or to go on a vacation. Our buyer clients receive more than just a check. They also work directly with our broker/owner who has over 14 years of Central Texas real estate experience, knowledge, and expertise.
