Q: What is the Buy75 Rebate?

Q: How does it all work?

A: Once you decide to hire BuyersHouseRealty and save thousands of dollars on your next home purchase, click here to view the "How It Works" page or simply register online and let us "Show You the Real Estate Rebate."  Call us at 877.77.BUY75 to speak with an agent for more information.

Q: How much will I save when I use BuyersHouseRealty?

A: Calculate how much you can save and let us "Show you the Real Estate Rebate" and how to save thousands of dollars when you use BuyersHouseRealty to purchase your next property.

Q: How does BuyersHouseRealty afford to give 75% of their commission?

A: Today's savvy online home-buyers are much more hands on throughout the entire real estate transaction. BuyersHouseRealty doesn't identify and recommend homes.  Our savvy buyers can do that legwork on their own.  Since the majority of our work involves paperwork and negotiations, BuyersHouseRealty is more efficient than the traditional real estate firm.  This affords us the opportunity to rebate such a large portion of our commission.

Q: Is it legal to receive a Real Estate Rebate?

A: It is totally legal for a home-buyer to receive a Real Estate Rebate. Section 535.147 (c) of the Rules of the Texas Real Estate Commission states: It is not a violation of this section for a licensee to pay a portion of the licensee's fee or commission to a party in the transaction. A licensee who intends to pay a portion of the licensee's fee or commission to a party the licensee does not represent must obtain the consent of the party represented by the licensee prior to making the payment. Q: If BuyersHouseRealty is an online Real Estate Company, how do I schedule a viewing of a property?

A: Most buyers have to view a home before making an offer. BuyersHouseRealty gives you Five Options for viewing homes without your buyer's agent being present.

Q: Can I purchase a new home with a builder and still receive the Buyers House Rebate?

A: Yes. With new home builders, it is important to immediately identify BuyersHouseRealty as your buyer's agent. If you fail to register your buyer's agent you could sacrifice your rebate. Identifying BuyersHouseRealty as your real estate broker does not obligate you to work with us; however it does make you eligible to receive 75% of BuyersHouseRealty's commission if you use our service.   (Print our Business Card from the website before going to visit a New Home Builder.)

Q: Can I work with BuyersHouseRealty if I am currently working with another real estate agent?

A: It depends. If you have not signed an exclusive buyer's representation agreement with another broker/agent, then BuyersHouseRealty may be able to represent you in the transaction. However, if you have entered into an exclusive agency agreement with another brokerage/agent, you may not work with BuyersHouseRealty until such an agreement expires.

Q: Why do I need to be Pre-Approval letter?

A: Listing Agents and sellers are more likely to accommodate Pre-Approved buyer who shows strong interest in their listing for sale. Listing Agents are mainly interested in affecting the sale of their listing, so having an able/willing buyer who is working with BuyersHouseRealty should motivate them to "open the door." Also, in order to submit a strong offer, most listings agents will require your pre-approval letter to join your purchase offer contract. Sellers typically do not take offers seriously without a pre-approval letter.

Q: If you work on commission, why would you try to lower the price of a house for the buyer?

A: If BuyersHouseRealty negotiated $8,000 off of the purchase price of your home, after we rebate you 75% of our 3% commission, we would only earn approximately $60 less in commission. Your best interest and endorsement of our services are worth much more than this. We also have a legal obligation to represent our client’s best interest, above our own!
