1. Customer registration is simple and free. Register Online with BuyersHouseRealty and start earning 75% of our commission.
   
2. Begin working with BuyersHouseRealty, an experienced buyer's broker, providing you with a hassle free approach and first class customer service.
   
3. Get on the Very Important Buyer (VIB) list to receive daily email notifications of new listings as they come onto the market.
   
4. Search for homes using our Home Search Page for the cities in Texas you are interested in.
   
5. Get Pre-Approved in order for us to schedule showings with listing agents or sellers.  We will need your pre-approval letter from your lender. Listing agents are more accommodating to qualified buyers, so in order for us to set more appointments, it is paramount that our clients are pre-approved.
   
6. To schedule an appointment, it is simple to request a viewing of a property or request an open house schedule.
   
7. Be sure to PRINT OUR BUSINESS CARD from the web site. When viewing homes with the listing agent/seller or new home builder, it is important to present our card when you first arrive and inform them that you are currently a client of BuyersHouseRealty. Please keep in mind that in order to receive your 75% rebate of our commission, you should identify yourself as a client of BUYERSHOUSEREALTY.
   
8. When you are ready to Make An Offer on a home, simply fill out the online form. An agent will then contact you and discuss further details in order to prepare an official offer in writing for the buyer to review.
   
9. Once the purchase contract has been signed and faxed back to us, we will submit the purchase offer to the listing agent on behalf of the buyer. We will then notify the buyer when the offer is accepted, countered, or rejected.
   
10. Once your offer is accepted, BuyersHouseRealty will keep in contact with you throughout the contract to close period to ensure a successful closing.
    

Although you can search for homes on our website without registering, registering as a buyer client with BuyersHouseRealty is an essential first step. You will be assigned an agent who will work with you closely throughout the online real estate process. When you are ready to make an offer, simply fill out the online offer form and submit it to an agent.  Once it's completed, all it takes is a simple click.
